Strategic Plan Measure: % of students in grades 4-8 who got closer to proficiency on OSAS ELA
School “SMART” Goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Timely): By the end of the 2023-2024 school year, the opportunity/gap score for students who are identified as “underserved race/ethnicity” will increase one level on the OSAS ELA test (from level 1 to level 2 - at a minimum)
Strategic Plan Strategy: Ensure all classrooms are culturally responsive, relevant, and inclusive. Articulated and scaffolded high-leverage teaching strategies (AVID-WICOR-UDL) taught and consistently used in all content areas and grades.
